Mark Sanchez, not Tim Tebow, to start finale

Christmas may be over, but the Jets are truly the gift that keeps on giving.

Unfortunately for Tim Tebow, he continues to receive a lump of coal.

Jets head coach Rex Ryan announced Thursday that Mark Sanchez, not Tebow, will start Sunday’s regular season finale against the Bills.

Last week’s starter, Greg McElroy, has been diagnosed with a concussion after experiencing headaches while lifting weights. McElroy, who was sacked 11 times in Week 16, admitted to hiding the symptoms, forcing a “stunned” Ryan to hand the reigns back to Sanchez.

This marks the second time Tebow has been passed over for the start.

“Obviously Tim’s not happy with that,” Ryan said.

Nor should he be.

Ryan claims he’s going with Sanchez because he’s more familiar with the Bills, but one can easily see through that facade. Tebow has never been in the conversation at QB, and the rampant speculation that Ryan doesn’t trust him under center isn’t just speculation any longer — it’s fact.

Fortunately for Tebow, he only has to endure a few more days of the circus that is Gang Green.

All of this and Tebow doesn’t even see the field? At least McElroy
looks like the reincarnation of Chad Pennington, original rotator
    cuffs.

Rex Ryan is a worthless, lying, boastful, clueless assclown. His lack of leadership has sent this rudderless Jets team over the edge, and there is no reason to believe that he can EVER put together a team worth a shit. All he can do is destroy, disassemble and fragment a team. He is unworthy of coaching anything or anyone ever again. I wouldn’t even let him coach female field hockey.
