David Wilson moons NYC traffic from hospital room (Photo)

For someone who may never play football again, David Wilson sure is in good spirits.

The Giants running back, who underwent neck surgery on Thursday, tweeted a photo of himself mooning New York City traffic from his hospital room window. He says his doctor snapped the shot.

As for the procedure, Wilson claims it went well.

The 22-year-old suffered a herniated disc in early October, an injury that “some people” reportedly think could be career-ending.
