James Harrison does pushups with Antonio Brown on back (Video)

James Harrison may be on the downslope of his career, but he remains in tip-top physical shape.

Taking to his Instagram on Friday, the free agent linebacker shared a video of himself doing pushups with Steelers receiver (and former teammate) Antonio Brown riding his back.

Brown is listed at 186 pounds, so that this “workout” was so effortless is pretty impressive.

The 36-year-old Harrison spent last season with the Bengals, starting 10 games and notching just two sacks. He was released by the team in March.

Though clearly past his prime — he’s garnered very little interest on the open market — Harrison is nevertheless keeping up the conditioning in case his phone rings. To his credit, he looks fit enough to hit the field at a moment’s notice.
