Mark Cuban predicts Cowboys will win Super Bowl

Mark Cuban isn’t just on the Cowboys’ bandwagon. He’s driving it.

In an interview with Good Morning America, Cuban, the polarizing owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks, said Jerry Jones and Co. will hoist the Lombardi Trophy in February.

“It is going to be the Cowboys versus the Broncos with the Cowboys coming on top 53-51 in the highest scoring Super Bowl ever,” said Cuban, via the Dallas Morning News.

Cuban is reversing course after ripping AT&T Stadium earlier this month, when he said attendance issues — read: infiltration of opposing fans — would “drive me nuts.”

It’s clear that Cuban’s prediction is mired in hometown bias. However, nothing would fill Jerry World seats faster — not to mention shatter television records — than if it came true, with Big D defeating Peyton Manning in a shootout.

The 5-1 Cowboys, arguably the NFL’s hottest team, haven’t made the playoffs since 2009.
