JJ Watt on cover of ESPN, SI magazines this week (Photo)

When he’s not terrorizing quarterbacks, wrecking games, or even appearing in commercials, J.J. Watt is posing as the cover boy for a pair of the country’s biggest sports magazines — in the same week.

Tough life this Texan leads.

Of course, that’s not to say he hasn’t earned the stardom. Watt, the 2012 Defensive Player of the Year, is a legitimate candidate to do what no defender has accomplished since Lawrence Taylor — win league MVP.

Watt’s notched 8.5 sacks and three fumble recoveries this season. He’s also scored three touchdowns — including one on offense, a one-yard reception.

With great talent comes great perks. Or something like that.
